Lee Twombly Pond is Northern New Engalnd's only refrigerated outdoor skating surface and is open for public skating 10am-10pm daily from December 1st to March 1st (weather permitting). The surface is professionally groomed and resurfaced multiple times per day to ensure top quality ice conditions for our skaters. Cost is $5 per person for an ALL DAY skating ticket. Falmouth residents skate for free outside with proof of residency. Please note that although the pond is refrigerated safe ice conditions are weather dependant and FIC reserves the right to close the pond at any time due to poor ice conditions.
If you are looking for a unique venue for a company party or special function consider the Pond House at FIC for your next event. The post and beam building, complete with indoor & outdoor fireplaces, automated climate control systems and restrooms is located adjacent to the outdoor skating pond and offers your guests an unforgettable evening of entertainment.
The Pond House is available to rent for the evening and skating for your attendees is included in the package. Provide your own caterer and you have all the amenities for a great party experience.

Lee Twombly Pond House is available to rent (in season) Monday - Thursday evenings from 6pm-9pm. Cost is $600 per event and includes skating for all function attendees. Event set up time is allocated prior to the event at no additional charge. Off season rental rates are available upon request. Please call 781-4200 for for more information.
